The THC that gives cannabis the effects it is popularly known for is technically called Delta-9 THC. Our Delta-9 is not only highly enjoyable but also federally legal because it is derived from the hemp plant!
Short answer: Yes, because it’s derived from hemp and not marijuana. The difference is simple. Hemp and marijuana are the same species of plant. The only difference is that marijuana has very high concentrations of Delta-9 THC whereas hemp is legally defined as a cannabis plant with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. It’s all laid out in the 2018 Farm Bill Page (419, SEC. 297A.) (link) which changed the game and laid the groundwork for the explosion in popularity of CBD, Delta-8, and Delta-9.
But, states have the ability to restrict these types of products according to their own laws. We currently don’t ship to the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Washington
Delta-9 is the same molecule found in “traditional cannabis.” So to answer that question, yes!
Anywhere that’s outside of direct sunlight, or high temperatures, like a hot car.
Delta 9 THC products such as edibles are not allowed in the following states:
